I have experience working with children, teens, adults, families, and couples. I believe therapy works best as a collaboration of effort between client and therapist. I am a warm and empathetic therapist who fosters an environment of trust and respect in session. As a clinician I draw from systemic and humanistic therapy models, and utilize evidence-based practices while meeting clients where they are at. I work with clients to deepen their understanding of themselves, develop new coping strategies, and move towards their unique therapeutic goals. I understand that clients’ struggles are part of a larger picture shaped by family/friends, work/school, and society. Together we will explore how all of these factors may influence a client’s mental health. I look forward to the opportunity to be a part of my clients’ therapeutic journeys.
