Brittney Williams
I draw from several theoretical perspectives in order to provide an integrative approach that meets my clients’ needs, including mindfulness, somatic therapy, REBT, DBT, and Bowen Family Systems. I specialize in working with adults, families, children, and couples struggling with a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, grief, relationship problems, substance use, trauma, chronic pain, and life transitions. I have experience with working with victims of narcissistic abuse, adult children of addicts, and individuals struggling with conflict in their relationships. I am grounded in the present moment, entirely focused on my client in their session. I am compassionate, empathic, and nonjudgmental, allowing space for clients to fully experience and embrace emotions. I am systems-oriented and trauma-informed, focusing on the integration of the mind, body and spirit for holistic healing of the self, as well as facilitating empowerment, authenticity and inner peace.
At Meditative Minds Counseling, we believe in promoting emotional well-being and healing through a holistic approach to mental health.
